We do move in / move out, monthly, weekly, bi weekly cleanings.

    Kitchen:

  • Clean and sanitize sinks backsplashes and all counters
  • Stove top and hood, dip pans, microwave (inside and out)
  • Wipe off all appliances, top of refrigerator, front of cabinets
  • Wash floors
  • Empty trash containers
  • Dust window sills

      • Bathroom:

    • Clean and sanitize sink and vanity
    • Sweep & wash floor
    • Clean and sanitize tub and shower
    • Clean and sanitize toilet inside and out
    • Empty trash containers
    • Shine mirror and light fixtures
    • Wipe front of cabinets and clean window sills

      Dining room, Living room, Family room, Bedroom Offices, Etc:

    • Dusting all surfaces including pictures, tables, chairs, shelves, mirrors, lamps and window seals
    • Vacuum or sweep all rooms
    • Baseboards and door frames are dusted
    • Blinds are dusted each visit
    • Empty trash containers
